NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

At Everlasting Custom Print LLC, all sales are final. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once an order has been confirmed, processed, or delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom printed apparel (including hoodies, t-shirts, etc.)
  • Bulk orders
  • Discounted or clearance items

2. No Refunds

All payments made to Everlasting Custom Print LLC are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect size, color, or quantity selected by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Failure to pick up completed orders

3. Custom & Bulk Orders

All custom and bulk orders are made specifically for each customer.
Therefore:

  • No cancellations are allowed once production has started
  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued

4. Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Design artwork
  • Sizes and quantities
  • Colors and specifications

Once approval is given, the order will proceed to production and cannot be modified.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment or agreed deposit must be made before production begins
  • Any remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup

6. No Third-Party Review

By placing an order with Everlasting Custom Print LLC, the customer agrees that all concerns, complaints, or disputes related to the work being done must be handled directly with the company. The customer agrees not to initiate third-party reviews, disputes, or chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Everlasting Custom Print LLC.

7. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Everlasting Custom Print LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Return & No Refund Policy.
